Robert Tapales - President

Robert has over 20 years in healthcare management experience in both the technology and clinical segments of the industry. Has held key executive management positions with several healthcare technology companies nationwide for the past 17 years including positions as Chief Operations Officer for a physicians practice management company and EDI transaction portal both of which have provided physicians groups with some of the most sophisticated solutions available to run their practices. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President for VirtualHealth Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded healthcare technology company with subsidiaries in the Practice Management, Healthcare Transaction Security, and Electronic Prescription Drug Monitoring industries where he led the implementation of the nation's first real-time prescription drug monitoring solution and aided in the introduction of several pieces of key legislation involving prescription drug monitoring and healthcare data sharing.

Roger Fallows – Vice-President of Sales

Roger joined Secure eHealth in February 2010 as Vice President of Sales. He has a diversified background in technology sales both in and out of healthcare. Prior to joining Secure eHealth, Roger was a senior sales executive with Oracle responsible for enterprise (ERP) solution sales into Fortune 500 companies across multiple vertical markets. He also has held sales leadership positions at a variety of leading organizations, including Oracle, SAP, Lawson, Siemens, and N.E.I.C., which was one of the original and largest healthcare clearinghouses for claims in the nation.

Deborah Jenkins Hutchinson – Director

Deborah's career with over 30 years experience in the healthcare and technology sectors is highlighted with a track record in successfully taking early development healthcare and biotech companies from concept to product development and finally sales. She is an inventor and co-inventor of multiple US patents for pharmacy, telemedicine and other technical applications, and has led numerous initiatives in the healthcare technology arena. Hutchinson brings both national and international business experience to Secure eHealth, with past experience in Europe, China, the Americas, and Asia. She has served most recently as President of Wound Management Technologies and Executive Vice-President of Business Development with HEB LLC, a private investment company with operating divisions in healthcare, bio-medicine and technology

Cliff Ellery – Advisor / CTO of DRM Security

Cliff is the Chief Technology Officer for DRM Security, a leader in the development of solutions designed to improve the way companies can protect their digital assets while enabling controlled sharing. As CTO Cliff has engineering management responsibility as well as technical and design responsibilities for the company. Previously, Cliff was VP of Research and Development for CommProve Ltd which provided network monitoring and business solutions for wireless operators and CEO of CommProve IT Corp its US subsidiary.

Leroy Jones – Consultant / CEO of GSI Health

Mr. Jones is a healthcare technology executive with broad experience delivering technical solutions across the health-industry spectrum, including pharmaceuticals, acute care delivery, managed care, public health, and health informatics generally. In his year-long engagement as Senior Advisor to Dr. David J. Brailer, National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, Mr. Jones was responsible for managing the strategic technical directions for the national healthcare agenda. He was one of the inaugural members of the ONCHIT team. Mr. Jones was responsible for leading the effort to build technical infrastructure for nationwide interoperability and is a recognized healthcare industry expert, and a sought-after public speaker.
